Overview

HR Technology Strategy and Leadership: Develop and implement HR technology strategies that align with organizational goals. Stay up-to-date with emerging HR tech trends and evaluate their potential impact on the organization. Provide leadership in the selection, implementation, and management of HR software systems Manage relationships with vendors and external service providers for HR tech solutions. System Implementation and Integration: Oversee the deployment of new HR systems and tools, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into existing IT infrastructure. Work closely with HR teams to identify needs, define requirements, and prioritize features for new systems or software. Lead the rollout of HR software updates and new features. Data Management and Analytics: Ensure HR data accuracy, consistency, and security by managing data storage, privacy, and governance. Implement reporting and analytics tools to provide insights for HR decision-making. Oversee HR metrics dashboards to track employee performance, engagement, and other key HR KPIs. Collaboration with HR: Work with HR leadership to identify operational pain points and recommend technology-driven solutions. Collaborate withinternal/externalEng/Productteams to ensure HR systems are aligned with organizational IT infrastructure and security policies. Process Automation and Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and workflows using technology. Drive improvements to HR operations and enhance overall efficiency by utilizing innovative HR tech solutions. Lead efforts to improve employee self-service portals, HR chatbots, and other tech-enabled HR services. Compliance and Security: Ensure all HR systems comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure HR systems and data are protected against unauthorized access and cyber threats. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the budget for HR technology projects and resources. Allocate resources efficiently and manage cost-effectiveness in HR technology initiatives

Responsabilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience (typically15+ years) in IT management with a focus on HR technologies. Experiencein HR Transformation using various tools and technologies. Strong background in IT project management and system integration. Experience with cloud-based HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) Familiarity with HR process automation tools and AI applications in HR. Previous experience working in a large, complex organization or global environment.

Skills

  • Knowledge of HR processes and functions. Strong technical and analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders ( Internal and External) Understanding of security best practices in HR data management.
